The Shining Animation

A remake of the intro to the iconic movie, 'The Shining'. Using rough and cut out looking illustrations, I wanted to emulate the classic minimalist style of Saul Bass. I converted many of my original style frames to shape layers, and animated using keyframes and various After Effects preset effects, which created the movement and story of the intro. Along with the edition of the original soundtrack and supporting sounds, it came together to create a personalised and engaging animation.
