A Tale of Zeus
Within this piece I explored the idea of the male perspective and their place in society being warped from tales told through Greek mythology. I used Zeus as the example of what this warped perspective looks like, that women have no agency of their own body within this time, and that man is there to conquer. I used an ink medium, along with digital creations of post it notes and polaroid frames to solidify the idea that Zeus sees these women as temporary or disposable, whereas by the end of this publication, the partner sees raising his child alone as permanent and meaningful memories.
